Bidanpo Baek-Myeong MTS Mediental Clinic Mask - made in Korea

Bidanpo Mediental Mask is a brand of oriental medicine & skin science born in the "Hana Green Oriental Medical Clinic." The oriental skin specialists who majored in Oriental Medicine at Kyung-Hee University developed this form of "fermenting aesthetics." The ingredients are usually combined together, then fermented and matured in a bamboo. The Clinic Masks are 2-step masks with a "Skin Booster Ampoule" while the Healing Masks are 1-step masks.

The first step contains the synergy ampoule which helps with absorption. The second step is the mask itself. Ingredients include combining 12 precious fermenting solution and oriental medicine.

Pros

♥ lots of serum in both steps, which is like double the serum!
♥ soothing and non-irritating
♥ brightened my complexion
♥ moisturizing and softening

Cons

♥ this particular mask seemed to have huge cut-out areas for eyes
♥ textured sheet material, so if you leave it on too long you will see a bit of imprint on your skin
♥ not the most expensive but also not so cheap like buying a box; about $5 a piece (but not bad if you think of it as being like 2 masks)

My Thoughts

I haven't used a lot of 2-step masks so this really made me feel very pampered. Lots of serum from the first step and then additional serum from the second step, which is the actual sheet mask. If I'd only used serum from either step, it would have been more than enough compared to most one-step masks. Yes, there was that much serum! It had an herbal fragrance which reminded me of tea and felt both soothing and refreshing. My skin seemed brighter in complexion and also felt very smooth and moisturized afterwards. Overall I think it works well and if used often, can really improve skin but because of the price, I would only use it once in a while (maybe once every month or so) as a treat, which may not be enough for it to be fully effective as a facial treatment.

  2. Do you need to wait for the serum in Step 1 to completely absorb first
before slapping on Step 2? I like two-step masks as well, I wanna buy
    this mask!!

Oooh btw D, how much do you usually pay for OPI lacquers?

  3.  I did, well I like to leave masks on for as long as possible lol so I wear until it starts to feel like it's drying out. I think I massaged the remaining serum and then put on the step 2 mask.

I still need to try out the My Beauty Diary 2-step masks, hehe.

For OPI lacquers I usually get them for about $4, definitely no more than $5! I am cheap like that, hehe. Are you looking for particular colors?
