Review: My Beauty Diary Orange Blossom Mask

Heylo!! My face is in mask heaven this week as I try to post these reviews for the My Beauty Diary Limited Edition Blooming of Beauty masks (*whew!) that I'm including as a bonus for my January giveaway.

Description

My Beauty Diary BLOOMING OF BEAUTY Mediterranean Orange Blossom Mask contains a function of snow white your skin with the help of orange blossom. The orange blossom combined with the essence of sweet orange fruit, making your skin is no longer dark yellow, so you can enjoy the smooth white skin, and your skin can be issued a bright luster.

Suitable for all skin types.

Main Functions:

♥ Provides skin with adequate moisture content
♥ Improves dry and rough skin texture
♥ Nourishes and moisturizes skin
♥ Highly effective in moisture retention

Appeals / Characteristics:

Moisturizes, repairs, revitalizes and nourishes skin for use on normal skin, especially recommended for dry and damaged skin

Use

Put the mask on cleansed and toned face. Leave it for 20-30 minutes and peel off. Gently massage the remaining serum for better absorption. No rinsing is necessary. Follow with usual skin care products.

Price:

Varies but I think ~$2 a mask. I would suggest not paying more than $15 with shipping for a box of 5 pieces.

Where to Buy:

I bought mine from Sasa but they no longer have it. You can still find it on PinkyParadise and Shoppingholics.

Pros

♥ thin material but does not tear easily
♥ good amount of serum, can wear the sheet for close to an hour
♥ soothing

Cons

♥ slightly more expensive than the regular My Beauty Diary masks
♥ may be hard to get since it's LE and if you're not in Asia, you most likely have to order online which means possibly paying shipping and having to wait 1-2 weeks to receive.
♥ left a sticky feeling on my face but it disappeared after some minutes

My Thoughts

The lovely scent reminds me faintly of tea! I can wear this mask for close to an hour before it starts to feel dry. The remaining serum feels a bit sticky on my face but it's fine if I add moisturizer or else subsides if I let it be. My skin looks somewhat brighter, not in a very obvious way but in a subtle glow. It is soothing but definitely not the most brightening nor moisturizing. All in all, not the best but still a nice mask.

How many face mask pics does a girl need, really?
What are your favorite facial masks and how often do you use them?
