My Thoughts
I was instantly attracted to this when I spotted it, it's so gorgeous in the bottle. On my nails though, it took me 3 coats to achieve the effect I wanted. One coat is simply clear with a few scattered and mostly small glitters. I think for the price, there should be much more glitter particles, especially large glitter, so while I liked it, I was a bit disappointed and wouldn't recommend or purchase it again.
I'd paired it up with this Essie "Below the Belt", which is a beautiful, creamy white shade BUT was horribly streaky. It made me sad. I would be tempted to blame it on a bad bottle/batch but have seen a lot of reviews saying the same. What a shame because I liked the shade. You win some, you lose some.

Have you tried this or any other Sephora By OPI glitter top coats? Any suggestions on what other nail polishes you would pair it with?

Doesn't sound too impressive. True, looks pretty, but a lot of hassle.

Although glitter can be hard to remove, I still love the look!
ReplyDeleteLove glitter polishes!! But as the previous comment said, they're a pain to remove. This one would be gorgeous over a golden polish.
ReplyDeleteI have a white polish.. never knew what I could do with it.. this is a cool idea!!
ReplyDeleteOMG, hello gorgeous indeed! I have a cheapo white polish from Etude House and it is streaky as well... probably all white polishes have that same problem haha xD
ReplyDeleteOhh I never thought of that, perhaps you are right! What a bummer though.
ReplyDeleteOhhh can you do a gradient with your white polish? I really liked the ones you did in the past!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the idea! I'll have to try it next time I'm feeling golden. :3
ReplyDeletehehe seriously! I think majority of my nail polish collection is glitter! <3
ReplyDeleteGORGEOUS!!! Wow...what a great idea...
ReplyDeleteThis looks amazing over Dior Bikini, just FYI.
