The Story of Jeju Organic Green Tea

Green tea seeds, cherishing the pure moisture in the ground, fills your skin with moisture. Green tea seeds bloom flowers in autumn to bear the energy of all four seasons and take 2-3 times longer to bloom than other places, because of "moisture," the most important factor of germination. Green tea trees like and dislike moisture. What does this mean? Green tea spreads its roots to deeper grounds to pump up the purest water. Because of this property, its seeds are called moisture seeds. (taken from website)

My Thoughts

I used this every morning and it lasted for four months. Not bad, right? (It can be used at night too since it doesn't contain SPF but I've been using the Etude House Darling Cream in the p.m.) I think the (Korean) price is affordable for the quality and amount of product. The cream texture is light and not thick. Once spread, the consistency is watery and more gel-like than creamy. It provides long lasting moisture, especially when used together with a serum. It leaves my skin feeling hydrated and supple.

I believe this is a medium weight moisturizer that can work on different skin types but may be too heavy or light for some depending on season and climate conditions. It works well for my dry-combination skin during late spring and summer, but I would choose more intensive moisture in the winter. Therefore this may be too heavy for oily skin in warm seasons but work well in the winter.

Would I repurchase?

Yes, I would! I'm a little bummed that I'm out but will now move onto to try another face cream. I really like the Innisfree products I've tried and would definitely try more of their skincare line.

Have you tried any Innisfree products?

  1. It sounds great too. Never used Innisfree products before but recently I bought their Eco Science eye cream and seems like it's a very nice skin care line, huh?

  3. Oh yes, totally! I think the quality is really good for the price. I want to try some of their Eco Science products too! I think I was looking for a spot treatment or something but it didn't seem like they make it anymore.

  8. This sounds like a lovely cream! I like that it sounds hydrating but not sticky and oily. Four months' use is pretty good for a tub of that size as well.
